Program Overview
Improving the Aesthetic & Value of the Downtown District
The Pacific Partnership recognizes the positive impact that individual façade improvements can have on the overall appearance, quality and economic vitality of the City of Pacific’s Downtown District.
The primary goal of the Downtown Facade Investment Project (DFIP) is to remove accessibility barriers, facilitate investment and achieve significant visual improvements in commercial facade appearance. Projects that meet the primary goal will be preferred.
Approved projects are eligible to receive a dollar-for-dollar matching grant of up to $2,000 per building, to assist with exterior rehabilitation of eligible commercial and mixed-use structures.
All existing structures within the Downtown District of the City of Pacific are eligible for the grant.

Starting now, we are accepting applications and will review them on a first come first serve basis, until the funds are gone or November 30, 2024. *NEW FOR 2024!* Work performed ONLY IN 2024 IS ELIGIBLE for this year only! You must be able to submit the receipts for items purchased / work completed, along with before and after pictures. Email questions to director@pacificmo.org
