Meet Our 2026 Board Members

We are thrilled to have Dr. Carrie Schwierjohn as our new board president! With her deep roots in the community through her work at Meramec Valley R-III, Carrie embodies the spirit of collaboration and engagement that Pacific Partnership stands for. Her enthusiasm for joining our team and her commitment to supporting the impactful work and vibrant events we organize will undoubtedly enhance our mission. We express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Schwierjohn for her willingness to lead, serve and contribute to our community.

Our Vice President, Jayce Summers, is a devoted father, husband and a member of Pacific’s planning and zoning committee. He's a proud employee of Klance Unlimited who are setting the standard in the staging industry. We are lucky to have Jayce as a member of the Pacific Partnership: we appreciate his unique perspective and invaluable contributions to our mission!

Meet Sarah Summers, who serves as the Pacific Partnership treasurer. Sarah is not only the owner and operator of Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance in Pacific, but she is also a devoted mom, wife, has served on the Pacific Area Chamber of Commerce Board for 8 years and also serves on The City of Pacific Board of Adjustments. Sarah is also an award winning bbq competitor! Her dedication and multi-faceted expertise make her an invaluable asset to our team. Thanks to Sarah, for stepping up to be our treasurer again!!

We are thrilled Sara has returned as our Board Secretary. She is a lifelong member of the community, having grown up here and developed a strong appreciation for the people and organizations that make it special. As a Board of Directors member, she enjoys giving back through volunteering and being involved in the community. Sara has worked at Citizens Bank’s Pacific location for the past 26 years as a loan officer and takes pride in helping people with their financial needs. Outside of board activities, Sara enjoys spending quality time with family and friends.

Meet Erik Goebel, a dedicated Pacific resident and an amazing father raising two teenage daughters. He is also the owner and operator of A Greener Space, landscaping company.  His selfless dedication to volunteering has made a profound impact on our community, and we're so grateful for all that he does.  Join us in celebrating Erik for his outstanding contributions and the positive difference he continues to make in our lives!

We are happy to welcome Jeff Filley as one of our recent new board members. Jeff has been a proud resident of Pacific for more than 27 years. A Marine Corps veteran, local business owner, and devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Jeff brings a strong commitment to the Pacific community. With 28 years of experience working for a neighboring municipality, Jeff offers valuable knowledge and firsthand experience in local government, community development, and public service. As a director on the Pacific Partnership Board, he is committed to helping advance the Partnership’s vision for revitalizing downtown Pacific and ensuring it remains a vibrant, thriving destination for residents, businesses, and visitors.

We are thrilled to have Dana Troxell to the Pacific Partnership board of directors! With multiple residences in the Pacific area that she Airbnb's, Dana is a fantastic asset to our town's growth and development. Dana also dedicates a lot of time to the Pacific Eagles, helping on their Bingo Nights, every breakfast they host, and sometimes bartending. Let's welcome Dana and harness her expertise to elevate our community together!

We welcome another new board member Bob Trent. Bob is COO/VP of BIGFOOT 4x4, Inc. Bob and his wife moved to Pacific with their company in 2015. Bob and Ann have fallen in love with Pacific. Since then, they have volunteered and raised money for many different causes and events, trying to make our town an even better place to live and work. Bob has immediately been a very active member in the Pacific Partnerships. Bob looks forward to learning how to be an asset to the Board and to helping the organization bring more recognition and development to downtown Pacific.

Terri Titter has also stepped to be a valuable member of our board of directors. Terri is an Account Executive with First State Insurance, bringing a strong commitment to client service and community engagement. A proud mom and “Mimi”, she values family, enjoys trail riding with her horses. Terri is honored to serve on the Pacific Partnership Board and looks forward to contributing her experience, perspective, and dedication to the organization's continued growth and success.

We welcome Duke Matlock back! Our former 2008-2009 Partnership Treasurer returns to the Board. He is a 1980 graduate of Pacific and a 45-year member of the Pacific Eagles Aerie #3842. Duke works as a lead software engineer at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. His reasons for rejoining the Partnership are to keep our home town a place people want to live with events that bring us closer together.

We extend a warm welcome to our newest board member Lisa Sabine. Lisa is a longtime Pacific resident and local business owner who has proudly called Pacific home for over 20 years. As the owner of Pacific Brew Haus, Lisa brings passion and dedication to her work every day, driven by a deep commitment to giving back and supporting local initiatives that strengthen the neighborhood. Above all, Lisa values family. She is a proud mother of two and grandmother of two, finding her greatest joy in spending time with her family and nurturing the community her children and grandchildren grow up in. Whether managing her business or lending a hand to local causes, Lisa remains devoted to making Pacific a warm, vibrant, and connected place for everyone.
